Columbus Blue Jackets forward Jared Boll was suspended for one game by the National Hockey League on Friday.
Boll was given an instigator penalty for engaging in a fight during the final five minutes of Columbus' 4-2 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Thursday. According to Rule 47.22, he was automatically assessed the suspension.
